Laura coached me for my first 1/2 IM and it was the most positive experience ever.
I would not have been able to accomplish what I did without her guidance, expertise and personalized workouts that helped me reach my goal of crossing the finish line. Laura's plan was not easy, the workouts were tough and they pushed me to my limit but they had a purpose that brought me to my goal. Laura's true passion for the sport of triathlon came through in all the extra attention she gave to myself and others that were training for the same event, sacrificing her personal time to ensure we were confident, prepared and safe for the event. I truly feel that Laura is a special coach that any athlete who is training for a triathlon would definitely benefit from.
Laura’s knowledge of triathlon provided me with the confidence and training to complete my 1st Ironman 70.3 distance.
Many other personal training programs are available, but they do not provide a person with the sound fundamentals for the sport of triathlon. Previous to training with Laura I could not swim more than 15 meters without stopping. Because of her hands on weekly training program, I was able to accomplish the swim portion of the 70.3 feeling well conditioned and confident. If you have the desire to become a triathlete, Laura can provide you with the knowledge and training necessary to meet your goal. Without Laura’s guidance I know I could not have accomplished my goal of becoming an Ironman 70.3 athlete.
Laura gave me the confidence to swim, almost non stop, in my first duathlon and try a tri.
I plan to continue training with her so that maybe in the year to come I can complete longer distance races. I have my eye on a half iron man or perhaps the full IM and if anyone can get me ready, she can. Her training programs are tough and challenging but very rewarding.

In both the See Jane Tri Clinic and the See Jane Sprint clinic, Laura has taught me skills that have increased my strength and endurance and has pushed me, physically and mentally, to complete training I never would have done on my own. She coaches and trains to all abilities and provides me with motivation to train independently as well as with a group. My swimming, running, and biking have drastically improved and I feel I am a much more efficient athlete. Both clinics have been a lot of fun and I am now hooked on triathlons because of Laura and her coaching!

I'm not sure where I got the idea to enter See Jane Tri - especially since I was terrified of the water. Laura worked with me first to get over my fear of the water, then as part of the See Jane Tri clinic. Both were such positive experiences that by the week of See Jane Tri, I knew I was ready. There aren't enough words to describe the feelings as you go through each part of the event and finally cross the finish line. When they put the finishers medal around my neck I started to cry. Not only had I conquered my terror of the water, but had competed in a sport that few will ever try. Thank you Laura - I can't wait for triathlon swimming to start this fall and to try longer triathlon distances next year!

Laura’s training sessions and goals set forth are challenging yet attainable so that everyone from beginner to experienced triathlete greatly benefits from her coaching and achieves success. Laura’s wealth of knowledge of the sport and her motivational style of coaching has given me the skills needed to compete in my first sprint and the confidence in myself to pursue my next goal of a half ironman.
Two years ago I would never have guessed that I would be competing
in a sprint distance triathlon but with Laura's guidance I will have accomplished this in August. Her See Jane classes have been great in regards to being a weekly guide along with her expert advice and knowledge about competing. Her coaching style is always encouraging but she does push you to ensure you're getting the maximum out of your workout.
