Dry Land TRIATHLON TRAINING
This intermediate program will prepare you for participating in a triathlon. Training will include spin bikes, running, stretching and core strength. This class focuses on developing the triathlete and participants must be able to run a minimum of 5 km. Taught by Laura Englund.
