It is proven that a strong core aids you in all 3 disciplines of a triathlon, from better body rotation and position in the water, to maintaining comfort and power on the bike, and finally, a more efficient run. This class focuses on functional exercises related to core stabilization and strength, as well as overall muscular endurance and power. Build muscle, create a higher resistance to injury, and get ready for better performance in 2013!
No triathlon experience necessary, but this is not a beginner class. Must be familiar with or regularly practicing core and strength training.
